I decided that I’d like to have some T-shirts with my logo on them. I went to Vistaprint and had one made up (they were less expensive than anywhere else I found). I love it, but I can’t find anyone who offers them in “tall” sizes. I can’t be the only person in the world who doesn’t think it’s attractive to have your stomach sticking out from under the bottom of your T-shirt (then again, maybe I am). It’s a cool shirt even if it doesn’t fit like I would like it to.

I’ve watched a few episodes of the new show “Tanks”, and I’ll have to admit that I’m not impressed. It seems like Curly and Mo are making aquariums for people who have more money than sense. I don’t know why people don’t seem to have any imagination or vision on their own, but have to pay someone to tell them what they like. I guess I personally like a more natural look, too, and that’s probably coloring my judgement to some extent.

More than six months ago I was doing some cleaning of my sponge filters when I felt a sharp pain in my middle finger.
It turned out that a fish had died in that aquarium, and several of the bones had ended up in the sponge filter. As I had squeezed the filter to clean it, my finger was punctured by the bone. This had happened before, so I didn’t think too much about it.
After several months, however, I began to notice that the last joint in the middle finger on my right hand was beginning to swell and was tender to the touch. After about a month of this condition, I finally went to the doctor for examination.
